  Absolutely appalling service from Papa Johns. Order number: 83706196 We placed an order worth £126, and the pizzas were never delivered. The store claimed the driver had attempted delivery, called us, and left voicemails — however, there was absolutely no record of any calls or voicemails on our phones. To confirm this, we even reviewed CCTV footage covering the property, which clearly showed that no delivery driver ever arrived at the address. After we contacted the store — over 120 minutes after originally placing the order — we were told the driver would be sent back out with the food. However, when we called again 25 minutes later to check on the delivery, we were then told the store had decided to cancel the order instead. What made the situation even worse was the way the store handled the complaint. I spoke to the store twice, and neither the female staff member nor the male staff member I was handed over to would identify themselves, even when asked for the purpose of making a formal complaint. They refused to issue a refund despite acknowledging the food had not been delivered, and they also refused to provide any help or information regarding the complaints procedure. £126 taken for food that never arrived, no accountability, no customer service, and no willingness to resolve the issue properly. Completely unacceptable experience.

  I went to papa john yesterday afternoon and the staff there was absolutely useless. There was a guy named Aman. He didn't even know how to speak or talk with customers . There was zero customer service. His behavior was very rude and he used to talk very rudely. This was the last time I got pizza from here. I will never come here again to get a pizza. The person is disrespectful. I think his name aman Someone was calling him at the shop.

  It was my first time ordering pizza from Papa John’s, and it definitely won’t be my last. The taste was amazing, and everyone at my party really enjoyed it. My friends even asked me where I ordered from and said they’d like to order it themselves in the future. This experience truly sets a great standard for every pizza place❤️😋

  Visiting Papa John's in person was honestly a great experience. I placed my order directly at the shop and got the chance to see everything closely—the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the way the staff carefully prepared each pizza. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. The ingredients looked fresh, and the pizza was made with proper care and attention. When I finally had it, the taste was amazing—perfectly baked with rich toppings in every bite. For me, this wasn’t just about grabbing a quick meal. It felt like experiencing how real quality pizza is made. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for both great taste and a great overall experience.😋😋🤗🤤🤤

  It was such a wonderful experience ordering from Papa John's. The delivery was right on time, and the food arrived hot and fresh, just the way it should be. What truly made it special was how affordable everything was without compromising on taste.
